agree and look at all the supposed conservatives cheering this action by government Were it up to me I'd just make it legal to shoot fast lane malingerers. By this measure, the law in question is then conservative whereas my proposal would be the more liberal of the two.

Being conservative DOESN’T mean we want NO government. It means that we want government to respond to REAL concerns that affect the lives of more than a tiny minority of “special interests”.
