Last I heard, the congress has the constitutional power and duty of oversight. A congressional subpoena is good enough. If she’s a no show, compel her to appear or go to jail.

I believe Obama and his enablers including Holder are counting on a stalemate. For me Issa has been a no-go for some reason.
Issa and Boehner the backstabbers would never do that because they approve of what the IRS is doing. For Lerner this ends right here, and she gets to go on and collect her pension.

That’s what I was thinking. Perhaps a few days locked up, might get her to be more cooperative. This is just more of the attitude of the whole friggin’ 0bama administration, from top to bottom, of being untouchable. Issa and his cohorts are going to have to make an example of someone, somewhere along the line.
