I hear you. However, I think strong backing from Rand Paul would get Matt Bevin elected. I’m not convinced that McConnell could beat the democrat, Lundergan-Grimes, in November but I believe Bevin would. Against the odds and the wishes of the establishment republicans, including McConnell, Rand Paul managed to get elected with the strong support of the Tea Party crowd. I think Paul should return the favor, set aside his personal ambitions and help Tea Party-backed Matt Bevin get elected.

If what you say is true, then I can understand supporting Bevin. I am not familiar with details in Kentucky. If Bevin is that good, he should be able to beat McConnell in primary. Similar to Ted Cruz’s triumph over the establishment candidate in primary.
