I read it (even though it's more fun to comment without reading). Howard should be released and paid generously for the violation of his rights and the loss of a significant portion of his life, and I assume both are almost automatic at this point. It's the rest of Nifong's victims who have to be located by reviewing his cases - that's an issue that won't take care of itself.

Nifong is enjoying in excess of $100,000 a year in pension funds, and his wife gets an excellent salary working for the state.
However, there is no statute of limitations in North Carolina, so charges can still be brought.
