NO JUSTICE DEPARTMENT CHARGES AGAINST OHIO WOMAN WHO VOTED SIX TIMES FOR OBAMA
Big Government ^ | 3/23/2014 | J. CHRISTIAN ADAMS

Posted on 03/23/2014 8:29:25 AM PDT by markomalley

Last week Al Sharpton embraced convicted vote fraudster Melowese Richardson at a “voting rights” rally in Cincinnati.  The United States Department of Justice under Eric Holder has done nothing to Melowese Richardson 410 days after she admitted on camera that she committed multiple federal felonies by voting six times for President Obama’s reelection.

Federal law makes it a felony to vote more than once for President.  In fact, 42 U.S.C. Section 1973i(e) subjects Richardson to twenty-five years in federal prison for her six votes for Obama.

The lack of DOJ action against an unrepentant federal vote fraudster combined with Richardson’s lionization by Sharpton and the organization that sponsored the rally demonstrates how the Justice Department is facilitating a culture of brazen criminality on the eve of the 2014 midterm elections.  The failure to indict Richardson is the latest example of Holder’s department excusing lawlessness in federal elections and abandoning law abiding Americans.

But why are the PUBs not raising hell about this?

If this practice of voter fraud continues unchecked there is no reason to vote Republican or vote at all because the whole voting process has become a joke.

Why would the (justice?) department pursue this voting fraud,
it’s certainly not in the best interests of Holder or any other democrat. They’ve got this country by the short hairs and they aren’t going to let go easily. Corrupt frauds.

* In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their polling locations — and not one single vote was recorded for Romney. Another statistical impossibility.

* In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voted in a county with only 98,213 eligible voters.

* In one Ohio county, Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible voters.

Why would the dems want voter ID? It serves no purpose for them. We will never know how many multiple voters were casting ballot after ballot for good old Obama. These people are corrupt to the core, Republicans don’t stand a chance against these awful, awful people.

EXCLUSIVE: Federal Lawsuit Filed After Ohio Kicks Libertarian Candidate For Governor Off Primary Ballot

http://benswann.com/exclusive-federal-lawsuit-filed-after-ohio-kicks-libertarian-candidate-for-governor-off-primary-ballot/

A federal lawsuit has just been filed by the Libertarian Party of Ohio, challenging a new effort to deny Libertarians a vote for Governor. This latest attempt, comes from Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted on Friday as he decided to kick Libertarian Party candidate for Governor Charlie Earl off the primary ballot. Attorney General candidate, Steven Linnabary, also a Libertarian was kicked off the ballot as well.

This gives 12% of the population 60% of the vote.

It's now the inverse of 3/5ths.

Why not? They already commit over 60% of the crime in this country.

She was let out early because she has a mental disease (Bi-polar disorder). So Al Sharpton was actually taking advantage of a mentally challenged and unstable woman.

Heck, even the democrats are upset that she showed up at the voting rights rally. I don’t think they really are upset about voter fraud, just that she admitted it and thus proved that people ARE doing it.

Here’s the most interesting thing I find about her story.

Her primary fraud was that she voted absentee, and then voted in person (thus voting twice).

But her OTHER fraud was that she filled out and sent in absentee ballots for 4 other people. And we only know THAT because one of those people was her grand-daughter, and her daughter also voted in person, so her grand-DAUGHTER was accused of voting twice, until it came out that it was the mother.

The other people she voted absentee for she said were people who lived where she lived.

And I read some left-wing blogs about this, and they were all CLAIMING to denounce the woman. But in all their denouncements, they rarely claimed it was wrong to vote absentee for people who did not show up. The closest was one Daily Kos person who, after researching actual election law, decided that if the grandmother knew the granddaughter was going to vote, she should not have cast the absentee ballot, since her granddaughter might have wanted to vote for someone else.

But nobody seemed to think it was a problem to “do the right thing” (as most of them called it) even if it violated the law, when it came to casting votes for legal voters who were not going to vote themselves.

Which makes me think, as many others here do, that the biggest voter fraud is a widespread casting of absentee ballots in the names of other people who don’t vote. We hear stories of democrats running through nursing homes collecting names from senile old people, for example.

On the matter of federal law — I’m not sure the feds are going to jump in to prosecute someone if they were already convicted in state court for the same crime.

I know it happens in other cases, but I don’t like that the feds have laws that can be used to prosecute people for essentially the same thing they were prosecuted for in state court. It feels like double-jeopardy to me, like the cops in LA getting hit with federal charges after they were found not guilty in state court in the Rodney King arrest.

I wonder where the line is, then. How many times over one do you have to vote before you get into trouble. I believe that voters need some guidance here.

I DOUBLE DARE a journalist to ask Obama this question at a press conference.

“substantively”??

I’d be ecstatic if somebody in Congress made the slightest appearance of even thinking about how to stop it.
