Lt. Gen. McInerney Says MH370 Is In Pakistan – ‘I Got A Source That Confirmed It Yesterday’ (Video)

“LIGNET put out a report, substantiated yesterday, that there sources got their information from Boeing sources, which is covert. Not that they got their information from the Boeing Company because they’re involved in the investigation, that the airplane was in Pakistan. That was confirmed by LIGNET on Monday and I got another source at LIGNET that confirmed it yesterday… I do believe that those people in Pakistan, in the ISI, those people who knew where Osama Bin Laden was and didn’t tell us. I believe those same elements could be involved with getting that airplane into a Pakistan air force base.”

I watched the two clips (and that’s all I have seen.)

1. The general won’t say he has sources, his interviewers say it.

2. The general speculates solely on the basis of a couple of known facts about communications from the jet, and his calculation (on a dreaded and much hated here iPhone) of distances between Kuala Lumpur and Beijing or Lahore.

3. Somebody’s hearing what hasn’t been said.

Pakistan was a messy necessity for the war in Afghanistan.

And was the war in Afghanistan any kind of necessity—as more and more comes out about how Bush hid the clear Saudi guilt in 9/11?

The General claims he has a Boeing source who put the plane in Pakistan NOT because they have seen it there, NOT because their technical prowess traced it there, NOT because some source saw it there, not for any other reason than because Pakistan is corrupt and has terrorists there.

He is admitting that he has no evidence for what he is claiming — and yet continues to claim it.

“counterjihadreport” is using the video that was a part of the following link that was
posted yesterday on FR. I don’t have my speakers hooked up so I can’t listen to the video so
I don’t know the info being attributed is accurately reported or not.

I just read all your posts over the last few months, You do know your music and I will defer to you on that subject.

On this subject I will trust my instincts and the General and respectfully disagree with you.

If you're talking 8 perps, not necessarily Chinese, you can't blame a whole nation.

Well no one else tracked it so why would we expect them to track it.

Now my silly question is...if they turned off the transponder, why was no one notified immediately so that satellites or a few of them little jets could triangulate the plane.

Someone is lying their a** off.

The General’s insistence that the plane is in Pak hands only fuels Israel to attack the nuc facilities.

You have a point except that I doubt that Israel believes the General. They're not that gullible.

Thank you. As I said, those two clips were everything that I had seen of the general, and I stand by my observations of what was and wasn’t said in them and by whom.

Exactly -- or lease an old one like this one.

Because they'd lose their deposit if it wasn't returned in good shape.
Although I wrote this tongue in cheek - it is probably contains a kernel of truth.
If nothing else, these islamic terrorists are cheap (except regarding human life). Remember the first WTC truck bombers? They got caught while trying to reclaim their deposit on the truck they used for the bombing. It must be genetic. Cheap bastards probably only budgeted ten grand to get a plane.

I believe this is an Intel “smoke screen” for keeping Diego Garcia AFB out in foggy and “thin” air!

Should I chose between the Genral’s or Eric Rush’ story!!

I would certainly chose the latter!!!

Wow! Thank you again. A good and credible story. 60-75%, as the general himself says.

China has been idiotic in taking them at face value. (Or, perhaps they think they can play with fire and not get burned.)

We took them at face value for a long time too... and yeah, good point - we got burned.

Why would Iran be complicit in the hijacking of a plane full of citizens from it's main petroleum buyer and major supplier of military technology?

Three possibilities, in no particular order.

1) Plausible deniability: Iran funds the terrorists under the table.
2) Iran is gambling that its connections with Russia will be better in the long run than its connections with Malaysia.
3) Religion trumps economics: the Iranian regime is Shi'a, the Malaysians are Sunni, and Iran is betting that Saudi Arabia won't get involved because the Saudis can't be sure they would have US backing.

I also concur. The search is now looking at a wooden pallet floating in the ocean when the 777 does not even use wooden pallets. Its a campaign of disinformation desiged to keep everyone in the dark until the powers that be can figure out what to do. They likely know exactly or fairly close to where that plane is parked.

I can almost guarantee that Naval ship’s aircraft radar is recorded...(western countries for sure)
The other thought was US ELINT aircraft patrolling along the Chinese borders...they suck up, and save everything for future reference....
