That being said, Hannity is so utterly boring I’d rather listen to the local guy now.
Every show of Hannity is Hannity talks to his staff, Hannity talk to Jamie Dupris, who has nothing of relevance to say ever, and Hannity talk to various idiot liberals.
No reason to listen at all.
I am no fan of Savage, but yeah, Hannity comes across as a smarmy hack who is willing to drink with the enemy.

Why does Mark Levin hate Savage? I have heard Levin mention Wiener Nation a few times with the same kind of vitriol usually reserved for Harry Reid.

Zactly! They are all wearing the same uniform, IMO, and there guns are pointing in the same direction, except when some of them trash others.
Hannity is a must for the tenderfoot republicans, the newbies and the Joe-lunch-bucket folks. I am glad he is the talking-points republican. And, if Hannity is beer, then Savage is whiskey. Rush is meat and potatoes, and so on. Whatever! To me, it is not an "either or" decision.
I find Hannity and Rush pretty much unlistenable. Levin is a little more bearable.

I don’t care that “we aren’t going to get him out of office on the basis of those things!” Obama is a Marxist Muslim anti-Christian anti-Semite. His whole bio is a lie. His documents are forged. I want it talked about because it’s the truth.
I haven’t heard savage in years but he was always interesting. Listening to him though always gave me the image that he was lying on a couch and someone was nearby taking notes and expected to give advice and tweak his prescriptions after each show.
I hadn’t seen/heard Hannity in over a decade but he always seemed like someone who could easily be replaced with software.
I listen to El Rushbo from 12-3pm then shut the radio off when Hannity comes on. Never cared for that stupid radio assistant of his, the one called Flipper. She would always brag about taking her young children to the New York homosexual parades, so they could understand diversity. That was enough for me ever listening to Sean.

I for one am happy that Hannity was knocked out of his DC time slot, I had stopped listening to him over a year ago, same with his TV show.

I used to listen to him. I try from time to time but about 98% of when I do 1) he’s not there, 2)talking yet again about how he got sick eating in San Fran restaurants (doesn’t this schtick get old?), or 3) rambling about nothing and hawking old books.
Wow I guess you haven't heard him? He's actually worse, but you would have to hear him to believe how much so. I don't like Hannity at all and in my market area they don't compete but between either of them I would chose silence. But Savage is as bad as it gets really, IMO.

Ratings. Jack Benny and Fred Allen made a living off a radio feud back in the day. All aspects of the media are commercial sponsored entertainment and the talent involved are no different than burlesque acts. If they manage to expose what the liberal masters of the network news don't want anyone to hear and know it's practically an accident and since 99% of the people who listen or watch are already part of the Conservative choir there's very little actual persuasion going on. The purpose, for all of them, is to sell advertising. If they fail at that they're not on the air. Even (Pubic H)Air America went under when it couldn't generate an audience and make money.
Savage is a phony? I can’t stand to listen to him. There is something about his past that sows doubt about his sincerity. I don’t care enough to search it out. Levin is the real deal. Hannity, I like but last shows I listened to he went on and on with his staff about nonsense. I don’t know why he thinks we want to hear from the liberal women that work for him. Not interesting. I guess he is tied to Rove because of Fox News but I can’t stand Rove. I wish Hannity still followed Rush on WBAP in case I forget to change channels. But I tune my internet radio to Moody Radio South and listen to more interesting and uplifting talk radio. Janet Parshall is great.
