Well...as someone in this line of work, I wouldn’t give my left nut or right nut and excepting for loons, criminals, and cracked out drug addicts, I couldn’t care less who own guns.
In fact, I hope everyone who is sane and not a street criminal buys a couple of nice ones and lets me play with em at the range.
“Hell, you can come to the range and shoot my gun, anytime, til you get over being amused”.
I got plenty of ammo and love to share. Specially at the particular range I go to.
Lot’s of very interesting arms and men willing to share their knowledge as well as let you fire off some rounds even if they are a couple a shot.
One day I’m gonna move back to Murickuh.
The gun nutz out here in CA are just stoopit. Can’t own an AR-15 that has “Colt” Stamped on it. Uhm, why? Every other one is legal, lawful and there is nothing saying they make a superior weapon or anything...
Same with allowing/disallowing models of guns.
If the gun manufacturer doesn’t pay for each and every variant of a make and model to get on the “Approved” list then it simply isn’t allowed.
That goes for triggers that are not one bit different from any other model within that category except they drilled three holes in it for aesthetics....

I cannot afford a class III weapon, so I am fortunate that some of the members of the range I frequent allow me to play with their noisy toys. NONE of them ever let me pay for ammo.
