A conservative-leaning nonprofit, the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU), recently filed a federal lawsuit over allegations that Zavala County is “failing to make a reasonable effort to conduct voter list maintenance programs.” The ACRU claims the county—which supported the re-election of President Obama by 83%--allegedly holds a 105 percent voter registration rate.
Lead litigator for the case, former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams, argues to Breitbart Texas that despite Zavala County’s smaller population—voter roll maintenance failures can distort voter turnout and total tabulations in local races.

The filed federal complaint claims, “Voter rolls maintained by the Defendant for Zavala County contain more voters registered to vote than citizens eligible to vote.”

This is why the democrats are fighting so hard against Voter ID! Nobody died? Nobody moved? How can they have a 105% vote and 83% for Obama?

Now let’s see someone in PA have the cajones to bring a fraudulent voter registration case against the Philly precincts that habitually vote 105% Democrat.
And where is the FL case against voters who cast votes in FL and NY in the same election? Democrat votes, of course. Someone needs to go to jail in every instance of fraudulent voting, of which there are legion.
The 83 percent for Obama is not the problem. The additional 5 percent of registered voters is. They need to see the Obituaries and clean the rolls. Once they do that it should be back to around 100 percent. The reason 83 percent for Obama is not a problem is because DC voted for Obama by even a bigger margin.
VOTER FRAUD is the only way Obama won a secomnd term
I watched a woman that I never saw before in my small town come in to vote before me. She puit her ballot in, and halfway through she YANKED IT out hard. This put the machine into an error state and we all had to put our ballots in the ‘emergency box’
She didnt seem at all concerned, just walked oout. Didnt want another ballot, didn see if her vote counted, just left, quickly.
The next day, despite seeing the longest lines EVER, the newspaper listed voting totals as the same as last election.
It is easier to NOT count votes than it is to manufacture them. In my very Republican district we lost a lot of votes.
They also did something I didn’t quite connect last time- When they gave me a ballot, they put a number on it, and then put the same number next to my name- I am SO MAD AT MYSELF for not screaming “you can’t do that! you might as well just write my name on my ballot”
Parts of Ohio had 108 percent voter registration wonder if they get sued?.

Checking to see if people are registered in multiple states. Now they need to check if they actually voted in both states, & then (hopefully) prosecutions should commence.

There are some records that are generated within a county that if shared with the
voter registration department would help to keep the voter roles current. Examples
could include death certificates, residential home sales, driver license changes, etc.
Computerization of records helps in this effort also.
More voters than adult citizens
I bet a lot of these fraud votes are cast automatically now too, the so-called voter won’t have to lift a finger or even know they voted
I hope that TrueTheVote gets in on this. Sounds like I might need to donate to them again.
Folks like Catherine Englbrecht with True The Vote are trying to monitor this kind of activity and they are being attacked by the feds. There is no guarantee of fair elections at the state and federal level.
