I’m surprised no one’s filed any complaints, yet.
Here in PA, there were 76,000 registered ‘contractors/sub-contractors’ and only 19,000 were licensed, as I was, under the 2009 HICPA Law (which I helped Atty Gen Corbett’s office to write for hort/ag industry):

There were 16 state inspectors investigating, and virtually no one was caught.
6.2 aftershocks hitting now, after the 8.2 (revised up from 8.0) initial shock. I hope people are packing quickly and hauling butt to high ground inland. The Daiichi Japan disaster videos were horrible, with 27,000+ dead and missing.
