Maybe...hasn’t happened yet...proper “grease” has to be applied to the regulators first.

Why all the aliases?

“There are so many channels available over air now might as well just get an antenna and save even more.”

There has been a rebound in homes with antennas in our area. Besides the do it your self people, Radio Shack and a local tv shop have some packages of high quality and fairy expensive antennas.

However, it will not work in our area as we have some hills and lot of trees that will block the signals. I know one guy who lives about 500 yards away as the crows fiies. His home is on higher ground. He got the raping bill from Comcast at Thanksgiving time. He had an antennae costing about $500 with a antennae rotator installed. He says he has better tv reception than with Comcast or satellite. He has the Hughes satellite internet, and it works for him. He put in two of the stand alone wireless home phones. He had the antenna installed last Dec, and his savings to date has paid for the cost. His cost for the Hughes internet and stand alone wireless home phones is less than $100 per month.

His savings are about $1600 per year.

Sounds good, but Centurylink doesn’t provide services in my area.

Thanks

How do you access the internet to get what you get.

Google Chrome is my backup when Comcast is too slow like today, but I still have to log on to Comcast to get GC.
