On the other hand I think Mizulina was the one who brought St.Pete counsilman and priest Milonov’s draft homo propaganda bill to federal assembly and backed adopting it as a federal bill. She is also a very loud opponent of abortion.
I guess all of the above are reasons why Obama dislike her.
