You just can’t make this up! Gun runner Eric Holder wants to force gun owners to wear government approved bracelets. The Sun Times reported:
How’s this for gun control: Attorney General Eric Holder said the Justice Department wants to explore gun tracking bracelets as part of a new form of gun control.
While appearing in front of the House appropriations subcommittee on Friday, Holder focused on technological innovations.
“I think that one of the things that we learned when we were trying to get passed those common sense reforms last year, Vice President Biden and I had a meeting with a group of technology people and we talked about how guns can be made more safe,” he said. “By making them either through finger print identification, the gun talks to a bracelet or something that you might wear, how guns can be used only by the person who is lawfully in possession of the weapon.
“It’s those kinds of things that I think we want to try to explore so that we can make sure that people have the ability to enjoy their Second Amendment rights, but at the same time decreasing the misuse of weapons that lead to the kinds of things that we see on a daily basis,” Holder said.
Not a chance that any of the pavement apes will be wearing any bracelets, they are der Fuehrers’ brownshirt thugs.
Gun owners are shooting too many of Holders People who are engaged in mugging, raping, jacking cars, the knockout game, etc.
Holder wants an easy way for the evil-doers to determine which of their potential victims are packing heat so they can avoid them and concentrate on the defenseless..

The do want a war. They’ve been pushing for years, and they’ve made very tiny steps in some critical areas. Now they’re getting into the part that’s “going to pinch a little,” and they want to front as much of the pain as possible to prevent a hot war against gun owning Americans.
It’s coming. My money is on 2016.
Of course, anything “electronic” that will make a gun work you can be sure the Feds will have an “Off” switch for it.
Holder is very lucky we are such a peaceful people. For now.....

I’m in the H4H (handcuffs for Holder) camp myself. I devoutly wish for charges to be brought at some point. It seems almost certain he’s engaged in illegal activity.
There’s no way to engineer guns with this “feature” without making them less reliable. If nothing else, batteries wear out. What if the bracelet is damaged? Etc...
Not to mention the extra weight and bulk this would add.
Are you supposed to wear the bracelet to bed? Or do you have to put on a bracelet AND grab your gun when you hear an intruder in your home at night?
It’s just another stupid idea from this “brilliant” administration.
Will ‘wearing’ the bracelet be like when the surge of men wearing ear rings went into effect?
First it was the Bikers and Military Spec Forces types that wore them to PROVE they were men?? (as in if you think I am NOT a man, then try me).
Then, once the ear rings got into vogue, it was some ritual of right side for straight or was it left side for straight, one or the other, don’t really care which.
Anyhoo, a concealed weapon is just that, concealed so rather than tip off the ‘other side’ let them just assume I am armed and leave me be OR just assume I am unarmed and we can ‘get it on’.
Don’t give me that ‘Someone will just take it away from you and use it on you,’
I will say that is a much better position to be in than having ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER.
Better yet, “unindicted mass murderer,” because his brain child, F&F, was a deliberate mass murder conspiracy designed to create mayhem and undermine support for the Second Amendment.
As a female, I want ALL sex offenders to wear a ‘beeper’ at all times, which never stops beeping. Sort of like the beeper on the garb age trucks in my neighborhood.
