To the lily-livered, manicured, chauffeured bureaucrats, I'm sure they looked upon the Bundy Family as an insignificant little bunch of ignorant rednecks. No one would notice them kicking the last rancher off the land - after all, they were successful at bullying over 50 other ranchers off...
And the Chinese and their lackey, dingy Harry, were getting itchy to get going on those lucrative solar plants.

These grifters haven't a clue what good, honest, hard working Americans with a BACKBONE, love of country and knowledge of the freedoms our country is founded on - are about. Nor do they have an inkling that when those folks are ALSO COWBOYS - well, then there now, that's kicking a mighty big hornets nest. They'll circle the wagons.

And the American people will join in and root for the Cowboys - the heroes of our childhood. I half expect that, if it went on much longer, we'd hear the sound of thundering hoof-beats as a masked rider came galloping in in a cloud of dust.

The goons couldn’t have miscalculated bigger! And I enjoy a vision of the great gnashing of teeth in the oval office - beaten by Whitey! By stupid country cowboy whiteys! By stupid country cowboy whiteys with GUNS on their hips, bowing their head in prayer and saluting the flag - and sitting on a horse on the hill waving a flag where we had our snipers stationed!

Oh the horror. (they couldn't have picked a worse group to intimidate for their agenda. Gotta love it)

I assume that Bundy doesn’t have this cattle because he likes the way they look silhouetted against the western sunset. He's going to have to sell them at some point. And since the courts have already ruled against him time and again then if he does sell then then won't the government just seize the money from his bank account? Like they can do with tax liens and the like? So he may have won the battle but could be fixing to lose the war.
