Federal, state and local agencies have become the fourth branch of government.

“Monkey see, monkey do” is a partial explanation. Or, maybe, pistol envy. But there’s also something else at work here.

I think much of the ammo purchases are black ops that are sending ammo in to be fired in the guns of fast and furious.

It should be of grave concern to ALL citizens. These paramilitary armed agents exist solely to intimidate and frighten the peasants into submission.

As the increase their armed forces, they seek to constrain our possession of arms. The intent is clear.

I disagree. They are a paramilitary extension of the executive branch. If I were president, the first thing I would do is order the disbanding of ALL of them and order them to turn in all firearms and military hardware to the nearest military base equipped to handle them.

I fear for my country. I fear for my fellow citizens...low information or not. I fear there will be an uprising and it will be bad. But, I am not afraid for liberty and good to shine once more from our shores. This is America. And we are Americans. If we must go through hard times to find our way back to God, good...then so be it. The Tree of Liberty.

I wonder if the enabling laws setting up these federal agencies give them the power to arm themselves this way, or to carry out armed activities against citizens. This is becoming the civilian police force that Obama said he wanted when he ran his first presidential campaign. He’s doing it without legislation from Congress.

Clearly, they’ve got a lot more money than they need in their budgets. This would be a great area to start reducing the federal deficit.

I would like to see a bill proposed by GOP leadership in the House, requiring the disarming of all non-military federal agencies, except the CIA, FBI, and Federal Marshalls.
