The over-riding inference of her guilt for me is when I consider the odds of a girl sharing a room in Italy with another girl who is stabbed to death in a brutal and violent murder. A privileged, if only in her own mind, arrogant rich-bitch wannabe, away from any parental control, involved with a sleazy boy friend, involved in drugs, involved with sleazoid drug dealers makes you suspect the possibility of foul play.

Her claim of no DNA doesn't hold up. Assuming the two guys have subdued the victim all she had to do was take the knife and slash or stab. Assuming the three together had even half a brain between them they would have washed any trace blood off themselves (at least her hands) and there is no reason for her DNA to be on the knife (especially since they must have cleaned it)

At any rate, I believe the very simplest explanation is she was involved. To believe otherwise is too much of a stretch. I say guilty and extradite her. Don't play if you can't pay.

Total BS. You obviously dont know much about the case. One, she did not share a room with her. Meredith had her own room.

She may be guilty of being a tramp, but that does not make her a murderer. She was not even there the night of the murder. No DNA? you have got to be kidding me. No police man/detective in their right mind (unless your in 15th century witch hunt Italy) would charge in a violent scene like this. It never happens. NEVER.

Bull. Based on your own hot air alone.

No, the simplest explanation is that Rudy Guede did it all by himself.

Of course, we'll never know for sure, the Italian courts being more than incompetent. Certainly, they have no business trying any American!

I first read about this case when I read a book called "The Monster of Florence", a non fiction book about a serial killer in Florence during the 80s. The book was written recently and the authors, an american and an italian, were digging up old info. Surprisingly, at one point a zealous prosecutor accused THEM of being the monster (the italian reporter/author, actually). The authors go through all the crazy baloney the italian prosecuter threw at them, and it was pure nonsense. Eventually it was thrown out.

This same prosecutor went on to persecute ... i mean prosecute ... Amanda Knox. With similar nonsense. A three way sex cult plus a satanic ritual gone wrong is so much more likely than a drifter with long history of violence seen at the crime scene which was dismissed as just a coincidence. Because, as you state, they were roommates. Obviously.

Who needs evidence and courts when you have the fact that it's really rare for a girl's roommate to be murdered so therefore the girl must have done it. QED.
