When I was a teen back in the 50’s guys knew 16 and under was always called ....jail bait....I bet the young teens today have never even heard of that....no dad around to tell them what the rules were with girls, and a tease could be spotted a mile away....

For what it's worth...........

“She wasn’t the victim she claimed to be."

A Texas judge used those words to justify the lighter-than-light sentence she gave
to a rapist, telling the Dallas Morning News that the 14-year-old victim had three
previous sexual partners and had given birth before the sexual assault.

An 18 y/o raped a 14 y/o who said “no” and the judge cares whether the victim was a virgin when she was raped? That’s disgusting. I’d go with a very long and well-deserved prison sentence for the rapist, and I’d put the judge in prison too for being a moron.

Judge in controversial rape case recuses herself

http://www.dallasnews.com/news/crime/headlines/20140502-judge-in-controversial-rape-case-recuses-herself.ece

A Dallas County judge under fire for giving the rapist of a 14-year-old girl probation
and then tossing the common restrictions given to sex offenders recused herself
from the case Friday.

State District Judge Jeanine Howard declined to comment about the case beyond
comments she made to The Dallas Morning News on Thursday night, which included her
saying that the girl “wasn’t the victim she claimed to be.”

The Dallas County district attorney’s office wants the new judge assigned to the case
— state District Judge Carter Thompson — to alter the terms of probation for Sir Young
to be more restrictive. Thompson could deny the request, change the conditions or
hold a hearing about whether there should be changes. No decision had been made Friday.
