As semi-co-president in the 90s, it appeared she relished destroying people for just being so unlucky as to be in the way. That said, Bill was the enforcer for the actual corruption she initiated so you might have a point.

Whitewater, the White House travel office, the FBI files...there was no end of scandals in the Clinton years that she was in the middle of. Not that Bill is any better but as a sociopath he can be charming...she lacks that.

In the Roman Empire they got to the point of accepting pathetic nonentities as emperor just because they belonged to a dynasty...Elagabalus, Severus Alexander, Honorius and Arcadius. Now we are supposed to have an election in 2016 that pits Hillary Clinton against Jeb Bush.
