It's a shame, too, because the IRS issue resonates with a lot more people then Americans killed overseas -- even if their deaths were the result of negligence or even deliberation. Sad, but true.

High level officials at the IRS -- not just Lerner -- obviously were engaged in a number of hyper-partisan activities and the targeting of the President's political enemies. Those felonies, by all accounts, continue to go on even now, and despite Zero's promises to "get to the bottom of it" no one has even lost a job or a benefit because of this criminality.

Boehner has indicated he has no intention of applying any teeth to his contempt citation, so with Holder's people, we're obviously back in "no controlling legal authority" territory once more.

But if even the stupid republicans come out to vote in 2016, and we get a repub Prez, there will be a new chief at justice. And statute of limitations will not have expired for Ms Lerner.
