And OFA has tax exempt status because it is non political?
LOL! And you can bet you bippy that the irs never looked at them. Tax exempt status granted to them within nano-seconds. If they even had to fill out any paperwork.
Reading between the lines, it looks to me as though they know they will lose very heavily lin the mid-terms, and there is no point concealing the fact.

I'm just hoping the OforA did not falsify official documents. A person can be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding others.
Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility.
Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.
The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
Probably decided to set up a new entity in I rider to keep the $$ protected...New 501c3, stat
OFA regularly sends me emails begging and pleading for money.

These people are very sick.
I used to get them just for the comedic content and more proof that these people are, no doubt, insane. Responding was fun for a while but I finally “unsubscribed” after a while. Maybe these cuts will slow down the emails you get from them.
