Democrats Privately Calling Obama 'Detached,' 'Flat Footed,' 'Incompetent'

Daniel Halper May 25, 2014 10:04 AM

CNN's John King reports that Democrats are privately calling President Obama "detached," "flat footed," and "incompetent."

"Forget for a moment that Republican outrage," said King on his CNN show this morning. "More and more Democrats in key 2014 races are calling for the president to get a spine, they say, and fire his Veterans Affairs secretary. And what more and more Democrats are saying privately is scathing, calling the president and his team detached, flat footed, even incompetent.

"Maggie Haberman," said King turning to a panelist, "that's what strikes me, what democrats are saying privately in the wakes of the healthcare.gov problems, they see a president who doesn't want to take command, doesn't want to act fast. Raising the competence question. Some Democrats, who believe in government, [are saying] this White House doesn't appear to have its hand on the lever."

Haberman of Politico agreed, cited more examples, and added: "All of this adds up to somebody who just doesn't seem at all involved."

So CNN and Democrats have finally seen what all of us on FR realized years ago.

Uh, “congratulations”, I guess.

OMG, Democrats privately having doubts about the competence and managerial skills of Obama?

Obama is unique among presidents, in that, he had no managerial or executive experience of any kind, before being elected president. It’s stunning to think his very first managerial experience on his resume is his current job as president of the US.

Next move is to say it on the MSM every night for about 6 months and then see were the clown’s ratings are.

And they would all still round up the Republicans and take us to the camps, if Obama told them to do it.

Look at all the lefty dictators of this world. They profess Socialism but live a life of personal indulgence, Obama is no different but he is only a dictator wannabe. Lazy goes with the territory.

All in a vain attempt to sweep the mess under a rug. Firings do not change policy. This is a whitewash.

Yet to their last breath, they will defend his remaining tenure and future legacy with the vehemence of the defenders at the Battle of the Bulge. To allow any current or historical criticism that sticks with the American people would be tantamount to quashing the chances of any future black President.

It vexes them to no end that they allowed a narcissistic incompetent with no provenance to be crowned, but there is nothing they can do about it now.

Obama revels in being president and acting like a dictator. He has absolutely no ability to govern.

6 years later the novelty of being president has worn off and like a child, Obama has withdrawn and become disengaged. Don’t let the speeches and platitudes fool you.

The left wing cabal behind him have always run the country. Their figurehead or vessel that they used to coopt the presidency (Obama) is falling apart.

This is a laugh-and-a-half! "Act fast?" The government???. Of all things, that is not in the Democrat playbook.

Deny, deny, deny. Delay, Delay Delay. Obfuscate, obfuscate, obfuscate.

That's more their line and Dear Leader is playing it to the hilt. I'm surprised they don't sing his praises behind closed doors. Unless professional jealousy is gnawing them.
