Yes - age is taking its toll. Being slotted as a career politician has also affected his mind. I noticed a dearth of any campaign ads that showed him doing anything active even though he was geared up as a fisherman in a still pic in one of them. I get the sense that they don't want the majority of folks to see his true condition.
