Bill Gertz reported this week on a memo outlining Obama’s plan to use the military against citizens – a memo from 2010. Remember how the blogs and many of us out here were ringing the alarm bells on Obama’s stance that he could use the military and drones against American citizens? Remember how we were marginalized and called crazy for it? Turns out, ‘crazy’ is relative. This particular beat has the potential to kill us – literally. It portrays Obama’s vision for potentially using the US military against American citizens on American soil. From the Pentagaon, comes a directive on military support to civilian authorities which details what critics say is a troubling policy that envisions the Obama Administration’s potential use of military force against Americans. It took three and a half years to surface, buried by the Obama Administration, the military and the media. It entails provisions on support to civilian fire and emergency services, special events and the domestic use of the Army Corps of Engineers. Then it goes off the rails Constitutionally.

Yesterday, after posting the story on the Democrats bid to rid the Constitution of the First Amendment, I said that no one should dare expect Obama to go out like a lamb, waiting out his term, as we watch him sail out into the sunset. That's the sort of ending for fairy tales. And while Obama's story is indeed one about a fairy, it certainly isn't going to end with anyone living happily ever after.
Hitler was known to have expressed severe anxiety about how time was running out for him to complete the plans he had set out to do. And with Obama, it's no different. We've been inured to believe that we've just about seen the worst in Obama's Cookbook of Spells he's concocted for us all, his fiery cauldron nearly bereft of the last of what he plans to dish out for America in just about running out of lizard tails.
But, no. As I said yesterday, everything that he's done is just a warm up for the cataclysmic climax he's getting ready to set upon us all. He is such an evil, ingenious sociopath to conjure up something unprecedented against us all, that he wouldn't, just couldn't pass up to do to America what it will never be able to undo. What it might be is anyone's guess. But there's no shortage of people who think this way.
Anyone who thinks I'm being much too pessimistic, much too dystopian, I would advise you to think again.

Personally, I'm for feeding the entire Democrat's Party into the Machine, with particular attention paid to the entire political membership of Chicago, right down to the dog catchers.
Everyone in the organization is there because they are part of the patronage system, and has happily prostituted themselves.

I for another hope they back off and Tea Party type conservatives get a shot at turning this stuff around. I don’t want to live in the world you are looking forward to, with the infrastructure shut down so water, food and medicine stop being delivered to millions of people, who will die in very ugly ways. People like our wives and children who will not have access to the kind of sanitation that allows them to stay healthy.
I mean really? Do you look forward to guerrilla warfare in your town and local woods? So few of us are prepared for more than a few days or weeks of war on our own soil. Maybe just the “preppers” will survive and be kings? Where maybe YOU will be some kind of war hero? Or maybe you just look forward to the opportunity to waste some Rats?
Some kind of blood lust statement you make man. I hope it’s just rhetoric.
Many of us shudder to realize that as much as we disdain violence the evil we see in control will not be stopped with words of any kind. The desire of some to “heap coals on the head of our enemy” is laudable but requires several prerequisites, the ability to know shame being one. The clown and his friends are completely immune and will do very nicely and thank you for the coals. We are fast approaching the point Churchill described as being “left with no resources with which to fight and victory impossible.”

It won’t be as you think, it will be fast, for instance there are 1.5 million people in the military, there are 18 million deer hunters.
Even if you throw in the armed units within government agencies they are still vastly out numbered.
But I can see that they have you cowed and prefer to live as a slave in the collective then do what needs to be done.

I see that you fear the government and therefore prefer tyranny, I on the other hand do not fear the government, I fear God. And “rebellion to tyranny is obedience to God.” I think Jefferson too....

Speaking as a crazy old man I actually think it is impossible that you could be too pessimistic and I don’t feel like looking up dystopian but that is probably impossible too. I am trying as hard as I can to slide into an alternate reality where things still make some kind of sense, this country seems to have turned into an insane asylum without a roof. Those who imagine that it all still does make sense are the nuttiest of all.
I agree completely with your position, and I am better prepared than most to go there. Still, I would rather see a peaceful solution, a reversal of the socialistic government that has become the US. It is fantastic, I know, and violence seems inevitable.
I do not look forward to the violence with any joy.
Perhaps your optimism will prevail and the numbers of armed citizens will cause the government to throw down their arms when they see the overwhelming resistance they face and millions will be spared as they turn the water pumps back on or get out of our way and open up the interstates and railroads. I hold out hope for that scenario if the gauntlet is thrown down.
I am ready, and I was prepared for the violence when the BLM vs citizens in Nevada had this stand off just recently. Had a shot been fired and ensued in a fight it would have been on.
We’ll see if the govt went back to the office in a huddle just to come back with a different play, or with a different attitude about what they will be facing if or when they try to put this country under marshal law.
