This Democratic Senate candidate just hit Obama hard in an ad

With the EPA's proposed new power plant rules posing a potential threat to Democrats running in coal-reliant states, Alison Lundergan Grimes is fighting back early -- and fiercely -- by attacking the president and the EPA in a new radio ad, unveiled Wednesday.

In the ad, which will air mainly throughout Kentucky's coal counties in the east and west of the state, Grimes takes President Obama to task for the new regulations on carbon emissions, which would be phased in over the next 15 years.

"Mr. President, Kentucky has lost one-third of our coal jobs in just the last three years," Grimes says in the ad. "Now your EPA is targeting Kentucky coal with pie-in-the-sky regulations that are impossible to achieve."

"It’s clear you have no idea how this affects Kentucky," Grimes adds.

This is what the self-described progressives call progress. Eliminating all technology because they think it’s killing the Earth. They’re progressing us back to the stone age.

But if she is elected, she will vote for Harry Reid as leader, and support the Obama agenda. She won’t fight this if she is elected.

Wonder how the Coal Miners Unions reconcile this fact?

Maybe they are happy because they were promised Obamacare waivers? Still, if you don't have a job, then it is moot.

BS As a Democrat that means a Democrat will still be in charge of the Senate, that he will pass whatever stupid thing gets sent to the Senate, and his voting record proves it.

He can flap his gums all he wants but I doubt he will ever vote with the Republicans.

To be a registered Democrip you must be a liar. It is a fundamental requirement for the duplicity game. She will do or sday anything to get elected, because she is a registered democrip, er, Democrat.

They know its not killing the Earth. They simply want to control it. Their goal is nationalization. Once its in their hands, nothing will be wrong with it.

She also blames Sen McConnell. And conveniently omits party affiliations...

Mercy! I sure hope the folks in that state are not as stupid as this sleazy woman appears to assume they are when she lies so openly to manipulate them.

She said that with a straight face too.

I guess their dream is for the Republicans to jump into the quick sand of impeachment proceedings.

Linsie was on the radio this AM laughing about something that was said about Benghazi. What a disgusting representative.

He then, when asked about impeachment, as he had so much experience with the Clinton Deal, went on to describe what the Clinton impeachment was about.

15 some odd years later, with the Clintons still heavily in our lives, he’s explaining what the impeachment was about. So, that’s not going to happen.

I hope South Carolina voters tune into the fact that this guy is done. He was done the day he dropped the fight on Clinton, the disgrace of our history

Any impeachment would have to come form the left, and they’ll always to the man, rather see what they can get from BO and his situation good or bad.

I believe it’s more of a cover for doing anything possible to hamstring capitalism so that socialist and communist countries can “catch up” if not get ahead - then proclaim capitalism has failed.

That is correct. Which democRAT have you seen voting against any major bill pushed by Obama & Reid? Even on controversial bills like Obamacare, so called moderate democRATS voted for it, after they were bribed.

In fact, it’s a little strange how liberals are so quick to jump to the conclusion that capitalism has failed, when they’re the ones actively trying to make it fail. How did this country become such an economic giant for the last 100 years, in that case? I know what they would say: slavery, exploitation, bla bla bla. No, it’s the free market. The government can only drive down an economy, not build it up. It has no concept of wealth creation; for each government job there are two or three people in the free market paying for it. But simple logic, sound reason, it doesn’t work on liberals. They have no use for it.

Being a democrat could mean you were correct the first time. We have no way of knowing for sure.
