...but that his involvement with the terrorist group may be “as serious as you can imagine.”

The most serious thing would be to take up arms against his fellow US soldiers. My question is why would he come back?

Because he was sure the Obama administration would welcome him back with open arms?

isnt it obvious ? being an America-hating islamic sympathizer he was willing to take one for the taliban team, if necessary, so their dream team of leaders could get back in the game and kill American troops again. they are going to be in Qatar for a year, but they are a little rusty so they need some time to work on being savages.

the obama gang never figured there would be the negative firestorm that has happened.

they calculated that obama and the bergdahls would get a ticker tape parade.

My question is why would he come back?

Because the tailiband had already gotten what little usefulness out of him they could, and he had become nothing more than another mouth to feed and not even useable as cannon fodder since there was no way they would trust him with any type of weapon.

Trade him for some of their leaders and probably a substantial amount of bribes? Helluva deal for them.

To help the Taliban get five senior leaders back.

I am guessing they did not ask him. He is not as important to them as getting 5 psycho leaders back.

Likely because he didn’t think we knew what he was up to.

And he’s a nut case...

“My question is why would he come back? “

Oswald came back from the Soviet Union didn’t he?

Not his idea. They saw it as a chance to get 5 of their own. It's called..."screw you" bud. Have a nice trip.

You have to go back in time where the father's goal was to get all the prisoners at gitmo released. I'll have to find the item because it confuses things. There's a missing piece here....Code Pink?

“My question is why would he come back?”

It probably wasn’t his choice. The enemy wanted their 5 guys more than they wanted him.

My guess is that he’s going to off himself... That’s the cowards way out.

He didn’t have any choice in coming back- the Taliban wanted their five leaders back and sending him home was part of the deal.

He also looked none too happy about going home- in the video he was crying

My question is why would he come back?

yes. And why did Obama go to so much trouble to get him back and then try to sell him to this country as a honorable man?

Was Bergdahl supposed to pull some kind of stunt here in the near future? Play a role of some kind?

He probably didn't have a choice. He was a useful idiot as far as the Taliban were concerned.
