A sure sign Obama's in really big trouble this time: Even MSNBC has had it with the BS

Oh-oh, the Bergdahl deal is blowing up in Obama’s face like an Acme brand cigar lighted up by Wile E. Coyote. It’s gotten so bad that even NBC News and its kid brother MSNBC have had it with the BS. Evan McMurray of Mediaite:

The Obama administration’s chief reasoning for sidestepping congressional notification in the prisoner swap for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was concern over the captive’s deteriorating health. But after a video — released by the TalibanWednesday morning but not yet confirmed by the Pentagon — showing Bergdahl’s transfer into American custody, NBC News Chief Pentagon Correspondent Jim Miklaszewski said onMorning Joe Bergdahl appeared on film to be in fine health.

“What struck me first about this video is he appears to be in remarkably good shape, at least physically,” Miklaszewski said. “Don’t know how he is psychologically. He’s clean-shaven. He appears to be somewhat robust, had no trouble walking to the helicopter. He did appear subdued. After five years of captivity, one could only imagine.”

NBC News calling BS on Obama! When have we ever seen that before? Mik going out of his way to drive home the point.

And Susan Rice is treated with near contempt:

“But, you know, the White House over the weekend trotted out now-National Security Adviser Susan Rice one more time to the morning shows and she said the reason that the White House did not give the thirty-day notification before releasing those five GTMO detainee was because of Bergdahl’s health, that if they would have waiting another thirty days, it would have been too late,” Miklaszewski said. “Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) yesterday contested the White House claims, saying she has seen no evidence that Bergdahl’s health was failing.”

I agree that it was Obama's plan for the Bergdahl swap to serve as a diversion from the VA scandal, which it has been, but not in the way Obama intended. I think Obama planned this as another "I got Osama Bin Laden moment" in which he would be viewed as taking bold, decisive action to rescue an American "hero" from the clutches of the Taliban ("see, I really do care about our guys in uniform.") I don't think he anticipated all of these people who served with Bergdahl coming forward and telling the American people in no uncertain terms that Bergdahl was a deserter, and probably collaborated with the enemy. I also don't think he anticipated Diane Feinstein and other members of his own party being as critical as they are about the release of the 5 terrorists from GITMO. Unlike a lot of other scandals, the average person gets this. They understand what happened here. Obama was counting on people to be oblivious to this entire episode, instead, it blew up in his face.

If Boehner and his comrades won’t start making arrests of Lois Lerner and Eric Holder, who have already been found guilty of contempt of Congress, then nothing is ever going to come of anything. Makes no difference how much “trouble” Obama is in with the media or public; he’s not up for election again and even if he were they’re fighting voter ID so the Cloward-Piven plan to steal elections through Motor Voter fraud means that public opinion means NOTHING.

This regime has falsified records left and right. As long as the R’s in Congress are fine with letting Lerner and Holder get off scott free for lying and hiding records in contempt of Congress, everybody else will keep doing the same and even if there WAS an impeachment of Obama we’d never get genuine records. We’d get the same kind of crap he presented as his long-form BC, which the Cold Case Posse knows is forged, and they know who did it.

The buck stops with the R’s in the House. If they are fine with the lying, hiding, and fabricating, there will NEVER be legal ramifications for the crimes committed by the enemies of this country, which will ALWAYS be working within the system to destroy this nation.

America is on trial. Everything this country has stood for (limited government, the rule of law, equal protection, Constitutional governance, etc) is being challenged. Either the R’s stand up and defend all that in a REAL, LEGAL way, or else the country is gone. What happens in the media is irrelevant unless it forces the R’s to actually do what they swore to do when they took office: protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

And right now that means to arrest Lois Lerner and Eric Holder for contempt of Congress. Until that happens none of this other stuff means diddly, because Congressional investigations are a joke that people can just thumb their nose at and walk away scott-free. You take that, House R’s, and you deserve everything you’re gonna get, even if it’s ugly as sin (and it will be).

Dianne Feinstein, you take the late offering of a lying “apology” as excuse for law-breaking from the executive branch, and you can expect more of the same - from this regime or any regime in the future. You’ve singlehandedly signed away the separation of powers and the checks and balances written into the Constitution. Unless you call for the heads of whoever made that swap decision, that is what you’re doing, Di-Fi. The buck stops with you on that one.

Man up, Congress! You wanted power; you’ve got it. You are the ONLY ones with the legal power to see that the rule of law is upheld. Now do it, or be AWOL and consorting with the enemies of this nation just as surely as Bergdahl was!

There’s something else everybody should consider. Joe Arpaio has said that the regime has figured out how to change the internal data/properties on documents. If true, that means that the regime can create totally fabricated records to replace the real records, and they will appear to be genuinely from 2009 (for instance). IOW, the regime has the ability to make all these military guys into liars by producing supposedly-genuine records from 2009 that contradict their stories.

If we give the crooks in the regime time to do this, they WILL make liars out of our honest military men who are speaking up right now. We have GOT to start forcing the crooks out of the positions from which they are able to do these things. Truth matters.

At http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3164104/posts?page=9#9 I posted another comment, in a thread about a NYT article saying that people who had been briefed on the classified military report of the Bergdahl investigation are making contradictory claims. They are muddying up the water with contradictory claims about the report so that eventually the report can say that Bergdahl’s unit WAS dysfunctional (as Pelosi’s daughter claims). With the capabilities they have of creating supposedly-authentic documents from 2009 - especially while they can hold the classified record secret, while the fabrications are being made - they have the ability to change not only what the classified report said, but also totally fabricate the military’s mental health/behavioral records of these soldiers who have spoken out.

If Nancy Pelosi’s daughter wants the records to say that these guys were dysfunctional, that’s what the records can be altered to say. If the HUD guy wants the records to say that these guys were psychopaths, that’s what the records can be fabricated to say.

Nothing is impossible to them. And that should scare the crap out of EVERYBODY.

I think conservatives are addicted to the “high” of Obama’s scandals. We like feeling vindicated. But unless we get off the high of being shown right, and get into the sticky mess of actually FIGHTING for this country, we’re going to watch it all go down the tubes while we had our feel-good moments thinking we’re very patriotic sitting around talking and talking while we let our Congress-critters watch with their fingers in their noses.

If we let Di-Fi do her “feel-good” thing of pretending to rebuke Obama but don’t push her into subpoenaing the classified records before they can be altered... we deserve what we get. Same thing with all our Congress-critters.

We NEED to remind our Congress-critters - ESPECIALLY THE R’s - that all the Congressional and military investigations are sheer crap unless Lerner and Holder sit in jail for contempt of Congress, as a message to all the Benghazi, Bergdahl, etc government witnesses who might be tempted to thumb their noses at Congress, who are the only shot we the people have at ever seeing justice. Every “scandal” (crimes/treason against the US and her Constitution, which Congress is sworn to protect and defend from all enemies foreign and domestic) has been followed by an internal regime “investigation” that simply bought time for records to be altered (if the regime seriously thinks there’s a threat of the truth ever being checked into). The military investigation will be no different than any of the other internal Obama-regime investigations. If Congress doesn’t put a stop to this BS by side-stepping the stall techniques of “internal investigations”, they’re the watchdogs of liberty which are, instead, regime LAPDOGS.
