The Hershey Co. has sued a Colorado marijuana edibles company, claiming it makes four pot-infused candies that too closely resemble iconic products of the chocolate maker.
The trademark infringement lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Denver this week against TinctureBelle LLC and TinctureBelle Marijuanka LLC.
It alleges TinctureBelle's Ganja Joy, Hasheath, Hashees and Dabby Patty mimic Hershey's Almond Joy, Heath bar, Reese's peanut butter cups and York peppermint patty candies, respectively.

Tobacco advertising is restricted from having cartoonish figures and other things.
Alcohol advertising is restricted in word and image too (not merely “health” claims but sex and other lures).
One would think “edibles” would have “strength”/# of hits listed on packaging.
All of the other information that is now mandated for menus and packaging, seems to be a horrible double standard. Overdose is quite possible...
Quite, but also quite harmless. No one has EVER died from a cannabis OD. It's the safest drug EVER. Most people take it purely for the side effects.
