Imagine that.
If you can’t find people to fill certain jobs, trying raising the wage. Free markets are fun.
Free markets work the other way, too, Mr. CEO. If you are cheaping out on a wage, no one will fill it. Pay what the market demands and voila...problem solved.
So they want more immigrants for high skilled and low skilled jobs.
Maybe they should move their businesses to where the more favorable workforce is and we can put a bullet in the head of cronyism and get a fresh start on the free market.
There is a reason why not anyone can waltz into Australia, Canada, New Zealand or a host of other countries and demand "comprehensive immigration reform" to accommodate their special interests.
Maybe we should ‘help’ them with their labor problem by not buying their products.....less profit, less labor needed. Problem solved!
If Obama gets on board with these corporations for lower wages, where does he stand with the $15 hour minimum wage?

McDonald’s CEO, pay your employees $15 per hour and you won’t need more low-skilled labor.
Totally specious argument. Get the takers to work and hire layed off old folk.
Over the last thirty years we have continually lowered their taxes. Most of us expected that would coause governement to shrink. It just proves that the more we lower their taxes the less conservative they become.
That was a huge emistake on our part.
In other words, “We demand cheap, exploitable labor, now.”
We don’t care what happens to the United States of America in 5 years or 10 years, we want a few good growth quarters. Forget the trillions of dollars in life-long taxpayer subsidies. Forget about the permenant Democrat majorities that will eagerly empty the US treasury to buy even more votes.
Forget about the number of people that will die from drunk drivers, or those who will be murdered, or the new street gangs. We want cheap labor!
That’s right. They’re indispensible to them so that they can continue to make massive bonuses while paying their employees lousy pay.
And the funny thing is that the Democrats - who normally are the ones pushing for higher wages, unions, etc., will go along with this - because getting more people into this country that buy into “It’s the government’s job to take care of me” is more important than everything they SAY they’re for.
So much for the American worker.
Oh, and as far as those “less-skilled” American workers who won’t fill physically demanding jobs”..... cut out the welfare, and they’ll have the incentive to work.

Probably some of the same CEOs that pushed for free trade agreements that are making us a 3rd world nation.
If these CEOs made less, they could pay their employees more.
I seem to recall the CEO of Coke stating that Coca-Cola is not an American company.
So what would lefties do? Boycott McDonalds. Stand out front and protest. Call them divisive, etc.

Boehner, Cantor and Ryan, have all pledged to ram through this unpopular Obama “Open Border Amnesty for All Law” due to Obama’s illegal decision to flood the USA with children from Mexico and Central America.
It is time to kick the GOP-E out of Congressional Leadership!
As for the CEO’s, they just want to bypass hiring American Citizens, by hiring cheaper Illegal Alien Invaders from Mexico.
The ONLY reason the low skilled Americans who COULD fill these jobs won’t is because the government pays them not to work. Cut back on welfare and EBT cards and the jobs would get filled...after the riot was over.
