They just neglect to point out one teency piece of information— it’s a “popular game with black folk who knock out White folk.” There I fixed it.
I know that is a rhetorical question, to which you already know the answer, but only a certain pigmented part of the public enjoy it. They hate white people. They don't always get away with it, but many do, and do not ask that a$$ hole attorney general to do anything about it. Now, if it were the other way around, dip stick Holder would go after those white guys, to the ends of the earth. Would I be going out on a limb to say Holder is a racist?
