If it weren't electronic and they weren't Democrats, they'd have been in jail long ago. There are laws against obstruction of justice and evidence tampering. The problem is that the watchdog is working for the criminals.

For those in Congress with the inability to read between the lines, there’s something in those emails to incriminate the WH. Thus all of our tax dollars will be used to cover it up.
