Impeachment isn’t happening. Dear leader could shoot toddlers from a cannon on the White House lawn and Congress would still look the other way. They’re complicit and will do nothing to risk their status on the DC Kobe beef and lobster circuit.
Sadly, I agree with your assessment. It is now clear to me that the Republican Party is in collusion with the Democrats. And sadder still, they are more than willing to play the role of the Stupid Party as part of this collective agreement.

Impeachment only works if the whole of society is beholden to the civil society and the rule of law.
Since the Obama regime and the Federal Beast no longer is beholden to the Rule of law by their own decrees and actions - impeachment is irrelevant.
At the same time however, they have rendered the federal government’s jurisdiction over us, illegitimate. They no longer have any moral authority to govern. All they have is the power of a gun - which makes them a tyranny.
Which we have a duty to resist by every and all means.
