Rand Paul is aspiring to be a nit wit.
Even my college age sons friends are “so over” Rand Paul.
They all thought he was awesome a few months ago.
They control the market. Small wonder they are arrested more.

And, frankly, they live in the city in a much more collected fashion than in the suburbs, and so the police are patrolling the city more. But it is unfair.
Where they live is their choice. Life isn’t fair. You use drugs and are stupid enough to do it in a area the police are patrolling then that makes you the idiot.
