I know Texas has a part-time legislature....if Perry had a ball in his sack, he would call a special session of said legislature.

In that special session he would request a job retention guarantee for soon to be conscripts, of the Texas Militia/Border Guard, and stop the invasion. Turn away all coming in, regardless...if kids die, it’s the making of their own parents for shipping them north.

Included would be an ROE that has verbiage that would allow immediate, return of fire against hostiles, be damned of what Der Fuehrer, and DOJ has to say....if they want to raise a ruckus, tell ‘me to come to Texas to settle it...wet dream concluded....
