I can’t imagine a sane parents pushing their children north 1000 miles through Mexico with out a secure transport. Probably from Obama’s people.
I think the answer may be right there in the job posting ad:
“There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air.”
