The GOPe proved once and for all that they are Democrats who just want to be part of the club.
How dare the serfs seek representation!
All I can say to the GOPe’s is what goes around, comes around.
A backlash is coming. Don’t know when or where, but it is coming.
So the whole ‘party of No’ who fight tooth and nail against Obama’s every move lie is out now?
Hope that message gets to the MSM. Push comes to shove the ruling elites stick together. If needed, they’ll go out and buy the black voters just as much as the Rats.
Lot of promises to be cashed in on I’m sure with taxpayer dollars as well as the street money that went out.
I’ll bet Hugh Hewitt and Michael Medved will be gloating at Cochran’s having bested the “teabaggers.”
Aren’t Dem primaries closed—i.e., you have to register as a Dem or Independent to vote in them, but not GOP? If so, why aren’t GOP primaries closed?
It's clear Cochrane recruited democrats and unions to vote across party lines, furthermore I'd be suspicious of the counts.
McDanial hasn't conceded yet, let's hope he exposes these baseturds!!!
Anyone have the hard numbers yet???
It wasn’t a comeback, and every conservative in Mississippi should vote for the Democrat this fall. Spit.
Those racist Republicans didn’t elect the black guy! < /sarc >
Just goes to show you that the GOP-e/RINO bunch in Washington will stoop to dirty Democrat/liberal tactics to stay in power. That is truly evil.
How did the outcome turn out so different from the poll numbers?
A Hail Mary ad didn’t save him. The Cochran campaign says 35K democrats voted for him and from what I’ve seen this is probably correct. The turn out was higher and higher where I vote but Senator McDaniel’s percentage of the vote held. The ads did not change the % of Republican voters, the difference was the democrats invited in by the Cochran campaign, the barbours and the rino elitest bastards that believe they own the Republican Party. I propose a write campaign for the general election. The official democrat would probably win buy “what difference does it make?”
So Politico keeps trying to say all’s fair but I don’t buy it. It wasn’t’ a Cochran comeback, it was a Cochran sleazy attempt to steal an election.
I don’t care what the law says about crossovers (although it says that 1) can’t vote in runoff if voted June 4th for Dem and that crossovers must intend to vote for that candidate in Nov.) but the law was never intended to deny a party their choice of a candidate.
That is what happened here. Republicans chose McDaniel as their candidate and Cochran overruled them with Democrats.
Comeback? MS is a crossover state, isn’t it?
