Oyango? Is he related to BHO? Isn’t that the name of Obama’s drunk driving uncle who lives in Framingham, Massghanistan?
Ummm ... I believe I threw away a $1 Million ticket. Who do I sue?!
If they have tickets that show they bought the ticket before AND the ticket after the winner, and the store’s machine shows that all 3 were purchased at the same time, then I say that is pretty good evidence.
Why not? With 5 million, he can hire a driver :)
There’s been at least one case of a prize being awarded without the ticket. Most lotteries have an investigative team to settle such issues, but it probably varies from state to state. Security video, clerk recognition, etc.
I know that a shady lawyer popped up with a winning ticket but couldn’t prove a ‘lawful chain of possession’ and lost the $12 million prize after an investigation.
Happens to me all the time.
?
Must be one of the Idiot-in-Chief's cousins.
FUBO
Don’t know about New York, but the website I check the numbers on also displays the date of the drawing.
Big dopes!!
Never having purchased one of these things in my whole life perhaps there is something here I have not heard of. I have, however, heard of reports that “Oh, a winning ticket which has not yet been claimed had been bought from the drugstore at Smith and Jones streets in Anytown, so if you bought a ticket there you should look at it.” And so that the receipt might tie the purchase to the ticket’s number. Or it might not. Anyhow I sense sarcasm here so an explanation would be appreciated.
