The only reason the police would shoot a dog in a fenced back yard is if they actually wanted to go in the back yard. Did they have a search warrant?

The cop could have backed off. How many postal workers shoot dogs? Since this is Salt Lake City, how many “missionaries” shoot dogs?

no warrant. they were looking for ‘a lost kid’

strangely enough, there’s always a ‘lost kid’ somewhere.

if this is valid, then they can use this excuse to invade and destroy any property under this exact excuse
