Oh, this is very easy for dear leader to solve. Keep in mind that the decision as to whether or not a specific individual is to be given a permanent resident visa or even naturalized rests with the executive branch. So using pen and cell phone, dear leader could simply issue a broad executive order giving out green cards to everyone who applies.

If the House sends an immigration bill to the Senate, no matter what is in it, it will become an Amnesty bill in committee and Bonehead can’t stop a vote. And the GOP-E will vote with the Democrats to pass it.

If we don’t give Obama and the Senate their Amnesty, Obama will take it illegally, and the ‘Pubbies don’t’ have the balls (in the House) to Impeach. And, if they did impeach, the Senate would not convict.
