Collectivism = immaturity. They are unable to cope with opposition or setbacks.
The rhetoric has to be ratcheted up on both sides because votes and campaign money are both at stake in this decision.
So the D’s and the R’s try to make the most powerful statements they can make to look good with people they want to vote for them and people they want money from.
This is what happens with a Supreme Court decision in an election year.

They do seem to be acting the same as a one yr old who’s had something denied to him.
The “executive actions” are a big part of the Obama campaign strategy for the fall and I suspect some of the local and state judges-officials pushing gay marriage along are also part of the Democrat campaign strategy, along with the influx on the southern border.
