These puppies cost $7K each. They were installed in 5 mile an hr parking lots on Military bases last year. 2 parking lots, Commissary and Exchange 1 a or 2 at the beginning or end of a row and going in and out of the parking lot. A few at the gates I can buy, but in a 5 mph parking lot where if you park the wrong way you get to go to Military traffic court?

The Highway Trust Fund is a transportation and infrastructure fund financed by gasoline taxes. It is headed towards insolvency because the government now spends more money on those projects than it collects from the gas tax, which has not been raised in over 20 years.

Porkulus solved this in 2008, did it not?
