How can walking into a hotel be trespassing? The property belongs to (or is leased by) Hyatt, not the NOW organization. The legality of this “summons” seems dubious.

Hey, it is the Albuquerque Police Department. He is lucky he wasn’t dragged out to the closest irrigation ditch and shot...

The NOW Sows complained to hotel management, who called the cops. The hotel can act to exclude people who are not paid guests and are annoying the paid guests.

Now, it's another topic to speculate how fast the hotel would call the cops, and how fast the cops would respond, if a "Men's Rights" conference was there, being harassed by radical feminists.

He had tried for 6 months to get press credentials but NOW would not give them to him.

Is he barred for life from that hotel or only for as long as NOW is holding its convention?
