Is it like the math version of Ebonics and “mumble reading*” ? Defining a “new” less rigrous style of math that “everyone” can do so that graduation rates will “rise” to 100% will all students doing well, equally qualified for jobs and schools upon graduation from HS?

*(kids asked to read aloud but all are directed to mumble the words unintelligibly so those who can’t read dont’ feel bad)
