Mrs Clinton confused names of political parties in interview with BBC.
Said Tories and Conservatives were opponents in Houses of Parliament. Names actually refer to the same party, Labour being the other main party.
Gaffe is particularly embarrassing given she was former Secretary of State .
...
Clinton suggested that the Conservatives and Tories were opponents, when in fact the two names refer to the same party.
The gaffe is particularly embarrassing for Clinton as she used to be Secretary of State, and so is expected to have extensive knowledge of foreign affairs.
...
Sales of Mrs Clinton's book have so far been well short of expectations, reaching just 160,000 in its first week. .. sales of the book continue to plummet, and it looks increasingly unlikely bookstores will be able to sell the million hard copies the publishing group distributed to them when the book dropped earlier this month.

Weren't you Secretary of State for four years? Hillary makes embarrassing gaffe as she confuses names of Britain's political parties in UK radio interview
Brain damaged.
It’s the booze talking
Senile old girl.
brain cloud, the od gray mare is slowing down
Not that she ever had as much wattage as folks who worshipped her believed she did
plus Chelsea was an Oxford graduate who used her fathers access to UK/Northern Ireland talks to write her thesis
Good thing for her she’s Hillary. The American “media” will either not touch this or excuse it as a result of tireless, energetic scheduling that would of course run down people half her age.
We’re this Sarah Palin, the “media” wod relentlessly pile on with editorials about how I’ll-prepared she is for national office.
Worst Sec of State since the extremely unqualified William Jennings Bryan, who upon learning about Haiti (the 2nd oldest independent nation in the Western Hemisphere) remarked “Imagine that, (N word)s speaking French!”.
And remember there were French speaking Black people in the US, in Louisiana.
Corrected version...

Were this Sarah Palin, the “media” would relentlessly pile on with editorials about how ill-prepared she is for national office.
Oh, the press would have a field day if only Hitlery was a Repub, but instead... *crickets*.
Well, in a sense she is right. Tories are now conservatives enemy.
Hillary should start using the search engine Dogpile for her facts
remember the way they treated Mitt Romney when he said he was concerned about the security at the London Olympics?? Mitt the Twit were the headlines....think the criminal liberal media will do anything of the same to hillary???
If her last name was Bush this gaffe would be on tha whirld newz tanite for a month.
Bless her heart!
Have some feelings for the senile, doddering, old matriarch of a slowly rotting left wing agenda.
It must be hard for her to provide a living wage for her and the reprobate she is hooked to.
Liberals don’t need to be knowledgeable. They are considered smart just because they are liberal. So they do really dumb stuff, and get away with it.
I remember when “W” was first running, and he was asked a gotcha question about who the president or prime ministers of various countries were. And he was tripped up on who the leader was of some small country, perhaps Nepal?? Anyway, the media had a field day with that, and indicated that Bush was clearly unqualified for national office due to that gaffe.
No need for Hillary to worry. She knows there are 51 states ... Kerry’s wife once taught her.
Can You Tell An Ass From A Hole In The Ground?

______________
This is the smartest woman in the world talking.
Somebody owes Dan Quayle a big apology.
In fact, Dan Quayle could be one of the more qualified candidates for President in 2016.
