This has been going on for some time.

I remember when the fanatic murderers holding the US Embassy in Iran were ‘students’. After 400 days, they were students. One got the impression that murdering innocent Americans and creating international incidents was something they did between classes.

Thirty years later, the problem is clearly systemic.
