In this clip, aired four months ago, Geraldo scolds Bill O'Reilly for "stripping Obama of his majesty" during the Superbowl Sunday interview.

In passionately defending Obama's "majesty," Geraldo says it's because Obama "is a direct descendent of George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt and Dwight Eisenhower."
Perhaps Geraldo is too ignorant to know that in accordance with the Constitution, the founders deliberately decided against addressing President Washington as "Your Majesty" (along with other absurdly imperial titles), much to Washington's relief.
That's why Washington and all presidents since have been officially called "Mr. President."
But having just gotten through my sadness during the past July 4th week-end and after seeing D'Souza's America yesterday (which improved my mood somewhat), I just couldn't fail to vent about it now.

I couldn't agree more. But now he has earned the official title.
Ohhh, I think he cemented that status loooong ago.
He needs to be eliminated from Fox. I turn him off when he shows up. How he has hung on is a mystery to me.

I decided to post this thread after seeing another FR post wherein yet another lefty Obama supporter complained about the "disrespect" being shown to Obama nowadays.
