There is some relative virtue in a stable Saudi Arabia. Bad actors from Saudi Arabia don’t condemn the whole country any more than bad actors from the USA do.

The shrines of Saudi Arabia were already destroyed by the Saudis in 1920 when the Saudi state was created. The wahabbis destroyed the tombs of the first caliphs and muhammads wife Aisha. These Isis are an offshoot of the Saudi wahabbi movement. The wahabbis destroy all tombs etc which nit only antagonizes Shuas, Ismailies, Bohrus but they also target fellow Sunnus who follow the Sufi school
These are Wahabbis/salafists. They believe in strict monotheism, so any veneration or respect to anyone other than God is haram. Again, these are the most virulent Moslems
Also note that this tomb dates from the 6th century. Prior to that it was an Assyrian Christian church
