The truth about these Demonrats is finally coming out. Only the fecklessness of the GOPe will allow them to deny it.
They are going to go against the will of The People once again. Stick to your turtles Reid.
Repeal the religious freedom act that Democrats passed under Clinton?
This is nothing but an attempt to rile up the democrat base before the election. Reid knows that the House leadership would never even bring the bill to a vote on the outside chance that he could even get it through the senate (a very doubtful prospect as even many red state democrats Senators up for reelection would probably vote against it)
The Dems keep reframing the issue implying that Hobby Lobby is denying women access to birth control when it is clearly only those methods that kill babies post conception not pre conception. They are framing it in a way that implies Christians and religious freedom are the obstacle that stands in their way; a purely Satanic chess move.
From all I’ve heard, SCOTUS did no block women’s “access” to birth control, only who could be forced to foot the bill. All based on the bipartisan religious freedom act. Reid is Obama’s “Goebbels” minister of propaganda and Obama ideology enabler.
The Dems will do another end run around the law of the land. Who will stop them? Certainly not the weak and feckless GOP that does not have the fortitude to fight this reckless party and their unconstitutional power grabs.
Reid is a scoundrel of the worst order but he is cunning enough to know he can push the envelope without any consequences. Until this bully and Obama meet real resistance they’ll keep ignoring laws and doing as they please.
Probably a bill to amend the RFRA, which will be DOA in the House.
But plays well with young Fluke-types at election time.
The court followed the law, RFRA, that the Dems passed in the 90’s, AND in their opinion the majority wrote that there was a compelling interest to provide the disputed contraception, but that this could be done less restrictively (i.e. not intruding on religious freedom) by the administration simply doing what it already does for religious NOT-for-profit corporations, so that they don’t need to be involved.
So yes, Sen. Reid, if you want to do EXACTLY what the conservative majority of the court suggested, then just be sure to thank them for the good advice when you do.
Ah... Another attention crisis for more votes.
Liberals are irrelevant ...
Just imagine Dingy Harry's reaction if George W. Bush had said ... "We're Going To Do Something on Rove v Wade Ruling ..."
