If any money given AFTER the borders are closed tight, NONE of it should go to any lawyer for any reason. Let the dirtbags work pro bono if they believe in all of this.

Any money given should be for the sole purpose of deporting them back to their home countries. Nothing else.
If Congress approved spending, could they choose someone else to spend it? Otherwise Obama will just spend the money as he wishes. I don’t trust him to faithfully carry out the intentions of our elected representatives
Congress should give money directly to the border states to pay for the manpower (National Guard/fence construction) to turn back the invaders and the advertising in Central America needed to correct the impression Obama has given them.
If Obama wants to bypass Congress, they should decide to bypass him.
Billions for impeachment, but not one cent of tribute for illegals.
Take it right the hell out of the IRS and the State Dep’t. Then they can make up any damn numbers they want. This is outrageous. What about all those pro-bono young lib lawyers that adore these illegals? I bet they would work cheap.
What about all food stamps ,welfare and housing etc ,add a few zeros on that 4 billion to 400 billion and 90% of that will end up in their home countries

I have no doubt the $3.8 billion will be used for “grants” to favored, government-sponsored leftist immigration groups for “education,” “social services,” etc....
Its how ACORN was funded - through all kinds of HUD “housing grants.”
It would be cheaper to write each one a check for $10,000, give them a pat on the butt, and a one-way ticket to their country of origin.
