Karma-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!
Shortly after Costco announced that it was removing Dinesh D'Souza's book, "America: Imagine A World Without Her," from its stores, it soared to #1 on Amazon.Com. Meanwhile, Costco has been licking its wounds from all the angry reactions it has received and has raised the white flag of surrender by announcing that it will be restocking that book at its stores. So not only has the Costco attempt to yank D'Souza's book utterly failed but it has also hurt its reputation with its customers as you can see in the many reviews at Amazon which slammed Costco:

I was shopping at Costco right after I heard about this. D’Souza’s book was nowhere in sight. Hillary’s turd had a prominent space with numerous copies. It was obvious.
You don’t have to pay amazon a membership fee to buy from them. What’s with that fee anyway? Is it like a poll tax - functioning to keep the undesirables out of their stores? Why so few stores compared to walmart? Why don’t they locate their stores near minority neighborhoods? Don’t poor minorities deserve to be able to buy cheap wheels of Camembert and crates of smoked salmon?
Just bought it on Amazon for Kindle.
My reading list is long, but this “hide the conservative books” nonsense just burns me!
“Sam’s Club is about the same. I think I’ll take my business over there.”
I have membership at both. Costco gives out a lot more food samples. It is the only time I get to have BACON!
The last I looked around 6 PM, the Costco Facebook page had well over 12,000 comments on just ONE of its posts— the one announcing its book section with great selections. Uh Huh. All, but about 5 lefties calling people names like “wingnut” and “teabagger”, were not happy with this “business” decision. The canned responses from “Karen” the Costco rep did not help matters. Most FB posters said they were canceling their memberships.
I only wish I had a membership to cancel...
I feel I am always late to the party darn it!
Never ever fails, I have yet to see a lefty/commie that didn’t look like some smug ahole.
I can pick out in a crowd, it’s so dang easy.
I know, right?
They really shot themselves in the foot with this one. The FB feed was fun to read. Especially with the 5 little trolls jumping up and down parroting, “Hobby Lobby! *squawaaaaaaak* Hobby Lobby!”
They are so predictable.
Facts: As of this moment....Dinesh D’Souza’s book, “America” is the #1 bestseller on Amazon.com.......Hillary Clinton’s book, “Hard Choices” is the #97 best seller on Amazon.com!!! That tells the entire story!!!
Americans, Freepers get out to the movies this week and catch the D’Souza flick...”America”!!! Magnificent movie...that every Ameerican should see!!! Do it!!!
I have downloaded many conservative titles thru Amazon to my Kindle Fire. Easy as one click, assuming you’ve pre-registered your credit card. D’Souza’s book is also available in many libraries incl. many of his older titles.
He is no longer Costco CEO... the new one Craig Jelinek (sp) is a complete SOB... would not be surprised if he ordered this removal. I have not shopped at Costco since the first GW Bush election to POTUS. Found out thru friends and family how the CEO was donating huge sums to the Dems.
I have been boycotting Costco my entire life. Never been in one. Ahead of the curve, at last!
“I was shopping at Costco right after I heard about this. DSouzas book was nowhere in sight. Hillarys turd had a prominent space with numerous copies. It was obvious.”
Yeah, it sure seems like it was a POLITICAL decision to pull the book and not a business one as a Costco shill kept trying to say in another thread about this here.
Anyway, I’m glad that Costco got stomped on for this attempt at censorship.
Shop at Sam’s Club. Fu*k Costco!
Not anymore.
After dropping like a rock all day yesterday, Hillary's ghost writer's book dropped off of Amazon's top 100 list entirely sometime last night. It had a surge in popularity this morning though, and has worked its way all the way back up to #98!
DSouzas America is still listed at #1.
Sam’s Club does not sell the book either
