I think congress should actually authorize the $3.7 billion that Obama requested.

BUT

Be very specific about it.
- for direct deportation travel expenses
- for fence building material and labor
- for mine fields and other physical border protection purposes
- for armed guard with lethal force authorization to prevent border crossing at all but a select/listed set of legal crossing locations. cross in the wrong place - get shot.

- zero $ for internal transportation of illegals
- $5 per day for a maximum of 2 days per illegal (already in custody) for food - coupled with mandatory deportation.
